Everybody, everybody should go read this book. Like right now.
The Darkest Minds is amazing. This is one of the best books I've read in a long time. 100% recommended.

1) The writing = perfection.
I felt like I was there. I could hear the music when Ruby and Liam were dancing by the fire. I felt the cold from the AC in the hotel room. I honestly felt like I was there. And the writing is beautiful. And also funny.

Closing thoughts for this book, well Ruby is driving me mental but I still loved this overall despite the MC's frustrating actions towards the end. This is definitely an unputdownable book, and while the subject of teenagers with superpowers is extremely over done in the Young Adult genre, this book still managed to keep my interest for majority of the novel. I really liked how so much stuff happened in just the first book, and I hope that the pace doesn't slow down in the sequel.

Warning: Have the most painful, agonizing, excruciating ending you will ever read in you entire life that all you want to do is crawl up in bed and ask to your favorite pillow why would something like that happened.
I'm still dumbstruck about this book, I finished this midnight, 12:35 AM, sitting on the living room without lights with my eBook reader. My emotions are jumble. I can't concentrate with anything. It's been a while since I read a Dystopia and The Darkest Minds is the best topper to re ...more

No need to express my self kindly when it comes to this book.Because people...are you freaking kidding me?First of all I want to say that it took me a couple of weeks to finish this book because I didn't want to read those final chapters that were really heartbreaking...Obviously someone spoiled me.And then when I knew what was gonna happen,I was so angry and didn't want to finish the freaking book.
