First, as I was writing this review, I said, what the heck? Why not four stars? Though this book wasn’t anything new, it was well written, I genuinely liked all of the characters, and the plot held my interest the entire way though. Second, I’m going to dive right into a spoiler (view spoiler) ...more

Hemlock b Kathleen Peacock Thoughts: *Siiiiiiiiiiiiiigh* I have once again finished the first book of a series with lots of potential!!!!! We've only spent 1 night and now it's done... I can't believe I've read 3/4 of the book in one sitting!!! If I weren't sleepy and if I didn't have plans the next day, I would have stayed up late and finished the entire book! I love it when a book gets you thinking, and Hemlock was just the right amount of clues to leave you pondering over the clues all day long.

Intrigued?? you should be!

The murder mystery was the driving force of this novel, once all the character introductions were

This book started off kind of slow, but by the end, it was amazing!!!!! I like how the plot kept twisting and turning all the way to the end!

The only aspect of this that I did not enjoy was that it did not give very much background information. I was not sure if this was supposed to take place in the future or in the present.
