The Hobbit by JRR Tolkien may have been origionally written with the target audience being that of children but regardless of whatever intentions it may have had Tolkien could not of predicted how this would change in so becoming a book that was and is still read and loved by not just children but teenagers and adults alike, becoming a universal publication that so many have enjoyed and delighted in. Bilbo is tricked into trudging off into the unknown terror with a fluctuating number of irritating dwarves who repeatedly put him and themselves in life threatening situations. Sounds terrible doesn't it? Well I'm sure as hell that Bilbo didn't think that this was any vacation to some sunny tropical island. But is one hell of a compilation of craziness, with our intro to Gollum and his bipolar, identity switching,psychopathic serial killing, personalities.
