There is nothing -seriously, Nothing- as a ride Across the Universe. I mean, you get to see *Stars*, entire galaxies, tons of stelar dust & two or three new species you didn't even EVER thought could exist.

I really enjoyed this book. It was an incredible read filled with betrayal, mysteries and suspense. Across the Universe is a YA-dystopian novel taking place in Space.
This book is about a story of a girl called Amy who is frozen in time along with her parents in a cargo on Godspeed to be opened 300 years in the future when Godspeed arrives at the new planet. The beginning of Across the Universe by Beth Revis was a bit slow but it quickly picked up. Amy and her parents believe they will be frozen for three hundred years and they will wake up on Centauri-Earth. However something happens and Amy is woken up fifty years before the scheduled landing. I thought this was interesting. I actually listened to it and the narration was steady. The voices didn't get on my nerves but maybe I should have read this because it seemed the story line dragged on a bit. This is where I have issues with listening to books because they talk much slower than I can read the book, so I finished reading the last chapters even though I had two discs left.
