This is one of my favorite series and I have read all 5 books at least 3 times each.This series has everything I love in a fantasy novel:Action,Adventure,Passion,Romance,Great Writing,Funny Lines,and Great Characters(hero and villain both).The world Cassandra Clare has created is magical and rich with danger lurking behind every corner.This book is told in the 3rd person and gives it so much more depth then if it had been told in the first person.I felt like I was there with the characters be it ...more

I love this book!
City of Bones was an amazing book. Clary is a character that I really liked and I loved Jace. The fantasy and magic in this book was great. I recommend this book to anyone looking for a good read with magic.

Review singkat aja, secara pribadi lebih suka dgn Infernal Devices Series, yg bs dibilang prequel dr Mortal Instrument Series. IDS lebih padat dan lebih cepat alurnya, sementara city of bones banyak "obrolan2" dan adegan2 yg kurang penting, yg memperlambat jalan cerita yg bikin pengen protes pas bacanya, bisa dilewat aja gak sih adegan ini?

But overall, cukup menikmati jalan cerita dan ide cerita memang menarik dan bakal lebih menarik lg kalau tdk bertele2. Suka juga dgn heroine nya, Clary yg ck ...more
