I entered multiple giveaways for this book and I really wanted to read it when I read the blurb, so I was excited when I found it at the library. It's been a while since I read about alternate worlds and this one had an unique style to it and was not like ACTUAL RATING: 4.10/5

I entered multiple giveaways for this book and I really wanted to read it when I read the blurb, so I was excited when I found it at the library. It's been a while since I read about alternate worlds and this one had an unique style to it and was not like anything I read before. The plot was really interesting and at first you might not understand the way it works, but as you continue to read, the more you'll get it. It actually makes sense as the more I was reading. It was also fascinating and it made me wonder about th different worlds that are created from he choices you make and he paths you don't take. But there were parts of the book that had me on the edge of my seat and really made me wonder what was going to happen, like that ENDING. But there was also parts that made me feel light and cute like the sweet parts between Simon and Del. Speaking of them, I really loved them together. At first I had my doubts with Simon being a jock and dating all those girls for only a few weeks each. But there was more to him that connected and attracted him to Del and once you read the book, you'll get it. Del may be like a weird combination of a bad girl who breaks the rule is really differnt from normal people, and has perfect price when it comes to music. But no matter how tough she may have acted, she was scared when things occurred that she couldn't control and determined to do anything to help Simone and not lose him. She was also a softie when it comes to Simon. Simon was a player, but he really had feelings for Del which were real and he wanted to help her in every way. They were really good together and I was rooting for them all the way. Elliot was good too and an amazing friend even though Del didn't share the same feelings he had for her. But despite fights and mixed feelings, he still helped her and would have anyway. Monty, Del's grandfather was great and cute in the beginning and middle, but once you find out the truth, there's more to him that you can see or in this case read. Addi was a little tough to like, but she tried hard to be a good sister and despite always following the rules, she wanted to keep Del take and everyone else too. So most of the characters were good and some have you second guessing them. But that ending was what broke me. It made me upset, but also gave me he. As soon as I finished and read the blurb for the second book, I really wanted to read it. I need to know what happens and I can't wait to find out. This was a great book and a fantastic starter for a new series. I look forward to more. Enjoy!!!! ...more
