Short Review:

After hearing good things about this book, i picked it up :)

Of course, i later see that this book contains a love triangle and insta love. *sigh* Why must all YA books have this shit?!

It bothers me that the assassin fell in love with her! Wtf. You're job is to kill her, not fall in love.

Both the prince she ran out on and the assassin are instantly in love with MC Lia, like within a minute of "meeting" her, they're already head of heels. Ugh!

It was a fun read! I would recommend. My only issue with the writing was I found myself skimming the parts that were not Lia's POV for what ever reason. I had to go back and reread the parts from the other various characters but again found myself skimming or not very interested in what they had to say. The ENDING though was INCREDIBLE. absolutely worth trudging through the beginning and middle chapters!Overall-- I am excited for the second book! ...more
