This is definitely on my top favourite books I've ever read. I loved the storyline and the character development, what's more Arthur captured the essence of Japanese culture perfectly and left me always reflecting on different issues. Reading the book was the most enjoyable experience ever, especially reading the metaphors that Sayuri uses throughout the book. I definitely recommend!! ...more
