What Members Thought

Well there's a lot to unpack with this book. It has taken me longer to read than War and Peace did I believe, and it felt longer despite being shorter. That is not to say I haven't enjoyed it but I would say it was a more difficult read. Some parts when you are following a story or plot line are much easier to get through, but then Tolstoy never just wrote a novel, he always wrote a philosophical treatise disguesed as a story, and so he has to express all of his political views, philosophical vi
