What Members Thought

The first third was a lovely portrait of a Southern town in the 30's, very well paced, with details being revealed slowly. The second third was excited and faster paced, when Scout finally realised exactly what was happening and the trial started. The fast paced end kept me on my toes, as I realised something big was going to happen, but still surprised me. The characters were very well drawn and well rounded.
