At first! I think I will like Book 2 a lot more than Book 1 because It seems Emotional Ride! ( My cup of tea ) and I can get into the Characters from the start! :P

But, when I read for a while I got stuck! I didn't get into Katy! She is ignorant and annoying! I don't know! I often don't like the heroine who hurt the hero! For me, it's lack of *click* I know the Chemistry between Daemon and Katy is still amazing as usual!

But, I prefer the Heroine who understand the Hero more! You know! The more ...more

Giving this book 5 stars is an under statement I'd give it 6 stars and more.
Jennifer L. Armentrout, thank you for writing this book and making my summer less boring. Keep writing I can't wait for Opal

I'm trying to decide how I feel about Onyx. I mean, I loved it...when I was done. Now before I her people hating on me, let me clarify what I mean. I loved that Daemon was trying to show Katy how he felt. From the beginning to the end of the book. He KNEW how he felt and kept telling Katy this. She wouldn't believe him. This second installment into the Lux series by Jennifer Armentrout was OUTSTANDING!!!! I've found my new bias and it is alien. This book was a perfect sequel to Obsidian and I've fallen abnormally hard for the characters.
Waiting for Opal, the third installment, is going to be a long tooth-pulling experience even though there's less than a month to the release date.
All in all, this was an amazing book and I think a "well-done" to Jennifer Armentrout would be an insult. Bravo! ...more

Oh my gosh!!!! Words can't express how surprised I am at how much I loved this book. It was fantastic. I love this series, this author... everyhing. I am gushing right now but it really is an amazing book. Great pacing and just enough angst, action and romance to make it a thoroughly satisfying read. I loved getting to learn more about this world and how everything works! Now I just have to wait for Opal to see how everything is working out... Grrr
