What Members Thought
I don't normally go back and review books that I haven't recently re-read, but this is one of the books that started me on my love of science fiction. The very idea that you might win a space suit in one of those "enter and win" contests intrigued me as a kid, and this was the first "serious" science fiction story that I read. I don't count things like "The Spaceship Under the Apple Tree" or "Freddy and the Men from Mars" which were very much juvenile fantasy with space trappings.
