This is not the same style of book as Justice, where Sandel objectively compares differing arguments about controversial subjects. His argument is quite simply that our society has gone too far in it's acceptance of market-based thinking and that allowing money into some situations necessarily destroys them.

He provides an impassioned and well-reasoned argument, but the book is simply less challenging than it's predecessor. Should we sell the naming rights to national parks? Are we selling our ch
