My book club read this book in October 2010. I checked it out at my local library and put it off and put it off. Finally I picked it up to start reading a week or so before our discussion but I just never could get into it. I "read through it" in order to be able to discuss it but it just never grabbed my attention. The others in our club, however, really liked it and her writing style.
