This book lacked sympathetic characters. The hero was a washed up 3rd string American Football quarterback. He was the player on the team that made $400,000 a season but never actually touched the ball until the main quarterback and the backup quarterback were out for the count. He would move from team to team in the NFL or the CFL just to stay in the game. He was that guy whom hung out and was good enough at the quarterback position to be called an athlete but he tells stories and rates the tea

This did not get rave reviews, but I enjoyed it. I liked the Italian cultural aspects and the story itself.
