Shelves: memoirs

I liked this book, however the CIA took so much out it is a very frustrating read. I did enjoy the reporters epilogue. At some places it was hard to really get Valerie's take because of the CIA redactions. I understand the sensitivity to other operatives still in the field, however, it comes across as petty vindictiveness since it is all open records. ...more
