I bought this book because I saw an interview of Matt Long on The Jon Stewart Show.
I saw some other reviews where the readers thought Long was arrogant and a bit of a braggart, so I found myself evaluating him for that as I read. Now that I've finished the book, I wonder if it was more about runners vs. non-runners reading the book. Runners think differently.
