In the preface Green talks about how he doesn't expect expertise in mathematics or physics on the part of the reader, and I think that is a bit of a fib. I got lost, a lot, or at least more than I expected to get lost. Then again I have no spacial orientation and struggle to visualize things in 3D let alone in 10 other dimensions.
