Altho I've known forever that I needed to change the way I eat and feed my family, I've had trouble actually implementing any change. This book was a real catalyst for me - it resonated in a way that makes sense and also addresses some of those long held beliefs I've had (for instance, thinking I HAD to eat meat or dairy to get enough protein ... not really, if you are eating whole grains). I'm making small but steady changes and can feel a difference in how I feel.
