Could the heart of a goat be stopped with a human stare? Could humans pass unharmed through walls? Could metal objects be bent with the power of the mind? This book highlights the efforts made by a group of military personnel as they explore the use of psychic powers in their attempts to try and create a super-soldier.
Pretty funny, but disturbing. I wouldn't be surprised if stuff like this went on, but its a little hard to believe the credibility of the sources in this account, considering they all seem pretty crazy in the first place.
