Let me explain...I gave this two stars because it reads like an infomercial...a very, very ranting infomercial. But there is a lot of good stuff in there, so if you can take the ranting, I recommend you read this for your health. I tip my hat to the man for what he is trying to do...if not so much the manner in which he does it.
