Get the audiobook for full impact. Listening to Kal Penn tell his own story allows for the right inflection, all the sarcasm, sound effects, and wit. I found myself laughing out loud on many, many occasions. Generally, this book is a needed voice of someone who has been the brunt of racism and othering within Hollywood but it also gives an incredible window into the experience of working within the Obama White House (despite his Hollywood fame).
