I just wish everyone would read this book. It also should be in high school curricula. It goes way beyond what I was expecting when I checked it out from the library. This is a brilliant book on eating animals. Without being preachy, it convincingly and clearly lays out the reasons we should think about what we eat. The personal anecdotes and stories make this an extremely relatable book.
