I don't know...

The writing was powerful. The ending was like the elevator just jerked to a stop. I turned the back pages hoping for an answer. And then I read some other reviews (view spoiler) and now I'm even less sure what I think. If you like well-written books about hard-hitting topics, then dive in. Just don't be surprised when the elevator screeches to a halt! ...more

Not a single word is out of place here. I can't pull lines from it easily to share as they all fit in context, I would need to put in the whole book. The voice is so strong and this needs to be read in close to one sitting. It reads like a play and it would transfer so well to the stage.
Will's brother has been killed and Will wants to take revenge. I don't even want to say more as I don't want to give any of it away. This blew my mind. ...more
