Thanks to Melville Publishing and Edelweiss I was able to procure an advance copy of this book.
I chose this book because I was familiar with David Cay Johnston's work since I'd read an earlier work of his. I went into the book thinking that Johnston would give an unbiased opinion of The Donald.
Having finished the book, I'm not sure that I still think Johnston is unbiased, but his prejudices align with mine.
