Brill wrote a most interesting book on the Affordable Care Act. It's a book die-hard supporters and opponents should read - neither side will love the book, though it's clear that Brill is in favor of a stronger national healthcare system. But his ability to rip apart many of the flaws of the ACA, including obviously the website mistakes, is strong.
