I thought I was going to hate this book. It starts with Byron's daughter and moves, predictably, to Turing, Grace Hopper and ENIAC. I could do that in my sleep. Suddenly a bright light went on and it became one of most fascinating books I've read in ages. We all know Jobs and Gates but can any of you tell me who invented the mouse and why?
