This was fascinating. I was young when Gary Hart made his runs for the president, and I didn't really follow him much then. Of course, he's most well know for his scandal with Donna Rice. Sadly, according to Bai, that's what really defines Hart. And Hart was so much more than that: he was a brilliant long-term thinker.
