This would make a great Hollywood movie - very visual, love, hate and all that. And extremely corny.
Also, the circus from the book reminds me of electronic music festivals, particularly Yaga the Gathering. It has the same trippy atmosphere. :)

Very entertaining, magical read although I think it was a little too crammed. I would have liked fewer but better developed characters, less but better justified magic, less mysterious talking and time jumping with better explanations.
Still, the atmosphere is enchanting and the story gripping.
