Wow, this book just worked for me. A wonderful storytelling cadence with a sense of freshness in the folklore and characters that were just off the archetype to be interesting. It’s the perfect read for when you want to be told a story on a cold and dreary night.
This book was an amazing quick read. I appreciate the character development, yet the book still felt like it was an old story my grandmother was telling me.
