I'm happy that I actually liked this book because I was really worried I wouldn't. I think it was a little slow in the beginning, but I liked how the story unfolded. Cinder was a good main character who put up with a lot but was still kind to those around her.
I didn't like Pearl because she was just spiteful and cruel because she could be. At least with Adri she had some moments with Cinder where they interacted and their relationship (however broken) was revea ...more

A big twist on Cinderella that is placed in a future where there is not only a colony on the moon but moon people who can control "bioelectricity" and force Earthlings (and Lunars) to see and believe what they want.
