I JUST read the first book in this series, and we are already off to a bad start with this book. The author had resolved some things in the first book, and they were listed as not an issue anymore (ex: bad french had turned good), but now we are back to the issue (more bad french, and this is just ONE example!). It just seems redundant to have something resolved then keep popping up. I still can't put the book down, but seriously? It irritates me.
