I wanted to love this so much more than I did. The premise was cute, an Asian! character and family, overall the characters weren't bad and the writing was fine, just wasn't as interesting as it could've been. Still going to read the sequel though, so I'm still rooting for the author to come out with something a little more amazing. ...more
