Loved this story. Amy loses her father and all you know is there was an accident and she doesn't like to talk about. They are moving to a different state and Roger (A friend of the families son) is taking the journey with her. Her mom is already getting the new house ready. Amy and Roger are pretty much strangers at first but of course they become close. So simple and so great. Song lists/diary entries/misc additions normally irritate the hell out of me, but this actually added to the atmosphere of the story. Just a sweet novel all around.
