On reread- so, compared to Vampire Academy, I barely remember what happens in this series at all. I've only read it once and I haven't thought about it much since my first read. But it's still so fun. I love Adrian so much. Sydney grows on me with every book, as does Jill. I remembered the broad strokes of this book, mainly who the bad guys were, but I didn't remember how any of it went down. Thankfully, I was not disappointed by Bloodlines. Except for one of the revelations, the one about Jill and Adrian, I was completely shocked by the revelations and loved how the plot of the story slowly moved along.
I divided this book into two distinct parts:
Part 1: The introduction of the characters and revealing the reality of their new life. This part was the majority of the book.

Loved this! I always liked Sydney from the original series, and I lovedddd Adrian, so I'm so excited to be reading their story! Already swooning over them.
