A very interesting take on alternate history, presenting a world in which the Nazis and Imperial Japan won the Second World War. Also intriguing and mysterious in the way it incorporated the I Ching and Oracle, but also quite awkward at times. For instance, the storyline of the jewelry makers, the antiques owner and the Japanese business man seemed outside of the story's main plot about the writer, the attempt to kill him, and the impending conflict between Germany and Japan.
