I'm finally done!
I found The Secret Garden to be a fairly enjoyable story in the end. It's likely that I would have enjoyed it more had I been younger however the story overall wasn't too bad. It was certainly a very sweet and touching tale; however all of that sweetness and touchiness was a little too much for my more cynical heart.
