Yup. Here for this one! I would give this more of 4.5 stars.

There were a couple items that needed closure. I mean I invested the 400 pages, give me the closure. 😂 A couple gross-out moments. But I didn’t find the descriptions to be gratuitous. It was more implied or lightly stated.

I went back and forth between a 2 and a 3 for the rating. Though it was quite an epic story I didn't really care for it. It was too dark for my tastes. I found that I could only read about a chapter at a time. Fans of gothic fiction would like this one, but they should keep in mind that it is disturbing.
