I LOVED THIS BOOK SO. MUCH. The story differed from the Bible's account in some ways, but that didn't bother me. I don't think the book was intended to be an accurate portrayal of the Bible. I think this book was a love letter to the women of the Bible and was meant to give more voice to lives that had only been glossed over before. This was a beautifully, poetically, passionately written story and the characters are dear to me. ...more
