I started this book in audio format through overdrive. It’s a long book with multiple characters. I didn’t finish it before it had to be returned. Lo and behold I had the book in my library. Reading it just wasn’t the same enjoyment. Jim Dale is the narrator and certainly adds a dimension to the story. I’m definitely not a fantasy reader but will be a fan of Jim Dale. I hope this book is made into a movie. It will be visually beautiful.
When was the last time you enjoyed a book for the ebb and flow of the deftly chosen words of the author to place you in the middle of the pages? Masterfully crafted.
