I was unsure what to expect with this one, having read some of the reviews it seems to be a proper marmite book, I found that I loved it. Yes, the two central characters start off as rather pretentious and irritating even; but the whole point of the story is that they allow their preconceptions of the world to be altered and challenged and grow into more rounded lovely individuals.
