What Members Thought
This is my second read of this book, and it has been over a decade since my last read. I didn't remember liking the book that much and preferring The Lord of the Rings, but this second read has endeared me to this book.
You get the beautiful language and pictures in Tolkien's writing. It is extremely action packed, more than I remembered and it is exciting the whole way through. I can definitely see how it is going to take three movies to contain all of the events of Bilbo's first adventure.
