As a teacher, I have read this novel many times, and it is simply lovely. Lots of moral stories to learn, explore and discuss as a class, with like-able characters and an engaging plot. All pupils seem to enjoy this novel, therefore it is a great story to get them into reading, which is always a very positive thing.
