This was probably my least favourite book of the series so far, however it was still a very good book. I was gutted at the beginning to learn that many of my favourite characters weren't going to be in this one, but I found myself growing to love many of the new POV characters - especially Brienne.

The book was quite an interesting one, it was no less good than the previous one. Of course, there was neither Dany, nor Jon Snow or Tyrion. But we saw Jaime and Cersei from another angle, we saw Arya in a completely new form and, of course, the Martells! I'm looking forward to reading more about them in the 5th book.

If you have come this far, however, you are, like me, likely to plod on.
