This is a fun story about a family who is ripped away from their social media connections when a hurricane devastes their town. I read this because it was written by Hugh Howey and have enjoyed all his other works (though have yet to delve into Molly F.)
Like most of his novels, this is well written, poignant, and has great character developement.

Hugh Howey is a talented writer. This book is clearly written for young adults. However, it is so well written that I would recommend it for anyone that appreciates this craft. It is absolutely compelling. The journey of a teenage boy who feels like he just does not fit in anywhere, to a place in his life where he feels loved and competent, is told with depth and compassion.
