Maybe you need to have read his previous books to enjoy this? I found it to be a pretty predictable thriller with a totally unrealistic resolution. Quick reading, but poor characterization, but maybe it is because I am unfamiliar with Gabreil Allon and his co-workers. Too many familiar Middle East scenarios.
