This book is filled with so many interesting nuggets that you need someone nearby while you read it, as you will want to share many of the insights. For example; introversion and shyness are not the same, or, the process of brainstorming (using a group of people to work together to generate new ideas) has actually been proved to be less efficient than having individuals work on their own.
