I liked this one. A man and a woman survive a plane crash and team up to try to find their way out of the rocky mountains and get help. I was worried that it would be unrealistic and contrived, but the man was an experienced hiker and really doesn't do anything crazy. It's a story of determination and a blossoming friendship.

I’m so glad I read the book instead of watch the movie. This book is very good, a little long in parts. The ending was a tear jerker!
I really enjoyed this action adventure, survival story. It seems like it would be a memoir of a real experience, but is fictional.
It takes about the experiences of Ben and Ashley, two strangers who barely survived a plane crash in the Uinta Mountains. I live within a few hours and have been not too far from the fictional crash site, so I can picture the isolated landscape. Hatchet meets Sense and Sensibility, well, sort of! Very entertaining, sweet love story.
I really liked this book. This is a book club book and I don't usually read these kinds of books, too Nicholas Sparkish for me, but I liked that there was a survival theme to it. I liked the twist at the end.

This was a beautiful story. I loved the familiar Utah settings. I also appreciated that it was a comparatively clean book. This author is a great storyteller. Read the book, it’s way better than the movie!
I really liked this book! I figured out Ben’s story at the beginning and because of that, I loved the ending. Too bad there aren’t more Bens in this world!
I loved this book. A great read. I highly recommend. I have never read this author before, but this won't be the last book I read of his.
