Funny and full of quirky characters. A small town with a larger than life girl- Mo and her friend Dale.
Mo has lots of mysteries in her life- she was found as a baby during a hurricane. Soon more mysteries crop up when one of the small town residents ends up killed. Sensitivity alerts - one swear word, little bit of violence (guns), and an abusive parent

Good book for 8-12, but doesn't cross over for an adult read well. Fairly juvenile. Fun, well written for the younger crowd.
