Even though this and the first book (Blackout) were kind of frustrating, I still really liked them. There is a lot of running around and missed clues and missed opportunities and bungles and people in the way. You also must remember every single detail of every sentence because it could prove to be important later on. It could drive you crazy. You must read both books together because you will forget important details if you wait too long. Anyway, despite the frustrations, you still need to know

Way too long, she could have cut half of the story line and it would have been just fine. 1200 pages to get an ending wasn't worth it.

An entertaining, inspiring, and rewarding historical fiction. Long, and sometimes a little aggravating as tiny details continually prevent these characters from achieving their goals, but ultimately a worthy read.
This book was amazing. I loved the characters, the time travel theories, the plot and how it ended. It was really good!
